Private Rentals
Our Private Rentals are superior, nicely appointed, and completely furnished with all of the amenities of home for guests’ comfort and enjoyment. We have 5 Rentals on the property. All of the rentals have wood decks, charcoal BBQ pits, outside furnishings. and several are adjoined by a 16′ x 35′ wood deck, which is ideal for larger groups.
Each unit includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 1300 square feet of living. They are all separate but connected by wood decks and walkways that are lushly landscaped. Each unit sleeps up to 8, with each person having his own bed. For larger groups, additional rentals can be reserved.
We offer non-smoking 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom private rental units that have all of the amenities of home. Each unit is fully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen, satellite television, comfortable beds, linens, towels, washer and dryer if needed, as well as bbq pits for grilling. Each unit sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably with each person having their own bed. And for larger groups, we have units that are connected by a large wood deck. Our private rental units are located within 4 miles of the marina, which is about a 5 minute drive.
Flat Rate: $300 per night per unit for up to 6 guests, with a one-time cleaning fee of $100.
$50 per person per night for a 7th and/or 8th guest.

Premier Lodge
For parties of 24 or more, The Venice Palms Lodge can offer a Full-Service experience with Meals included. It is a perfect venue for Corporate Groups who want to entertain without any of the responsibilities.
The World-Class Venice Palms Lodge is a One-Of-A-Kind Lodging Experience. It includes 5 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms, and over 6300 square feet of Living, can be rented by groups small or large. Some of its’ amenities include a Great Room that features many of Trophy Domestic & Exotic Mounts, a Built-In Custom-built Teak Bar, Living area with Wood-Burning Fireplace & Dining; a Game Room that includes a Pool Table & Poker Table; and, a Large Screened-In Porch perfect for grilling.
Rates for lodge: $500 for up to 6 anglers/guests. Each additional person is $100 per person per night.
The lodge can accommodate a group of up to 18, with each person having his own bed. There is a 2 night minimum. Additional costs include 10.95% sales & occupancy taxes, and a cleaning fee.
For groups of 18 or more, a full service experience that would include meals is an option. Call for more information.
